Your submission must put you out in front of your competitors, presenting a compelling case that demonstrates to the client how they will benefit from selecting you. You must show the client how you will enable them to achieve their vision and deliver their strategy. Demonstrating why you are the first choice as a long-term partner. And explaining how you offer the best overall value for money. Writing bids that truly differentiate you requires skills and strategies that are not widely understood. The common view is you must describe your business, your people, your systems and processes, your project method and then employ a graphic designer and copy writer to give it some “gloss.” But your competitors will be doing exactly the same as you!
